Purpose Statement
The purpose of our charity is to preserve and celebrate diverse cultures through the mediums of art, film, music, dance, and literature. By supporting and promoting these creative expressions, we aim to foster understanding, appreciation, and preservation of cultural heritage, while also encouraging innovation and creativity within these disciplines. Through our programs, initiatives, and partnerships.
We will be focusing on programs such as workshops, exhibitions, performances, grants for artists, film screenings, and music education initiatives to foster appreciation and participation in these areas. Additionally, partnerships with local artists, cultural organizations, and educational institutions can help maximize impact and reach.
Mission Statement
Founded in the Region of Peel, Canadian Reel And Art Foundation started with a handful of creative people who came together to create culturally rich content. Over time, we realized that many social issues and stories needed to be researched, explored, and showcased to the world through the camera’s eyes.
With a background in journalism and media, art and culture and an eye for heart-felt storytelling, we capture and make unique content on film in the form of documentaries, web series, art, and music shows.
More than anything, we are driven to creating solid content that leaves a lasting impact on viewers and has the potential to improve lives. We also want to empower youth, women and seniors through various workshops and trade fairs. We want to work with the small vendors and help them by giving a platform through our events and fairs.
